Environmental Engineering & Regulatory Compliance Since 2010

Established in 2010, Ali K. Al Harbi Environmental Consulting Company (AHEC) is an environmental engineering consultancy serving industry and infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and the wider region.

In Saudi Arabia, AHEC holds NCEC Class A classification and Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu approval. In Tunisia, our team delivers EIE/EIES studies under ANPE procedures for industrial, energy and public clients such as the Tunisian Chemical Group, SITEP and UNOPS.

Our approach is the same in both markets: science-based studies that secure permits and support sustainable development, combining local regulatory knowledge with international standards.
